The status of a claim can include:

Submitted: The claim has been accepted and has been sent to the property for verification.

Approved: The information about your lease has been verified by the apartment staff and approved for payment.

Payment Pending Until Move In Date: The claim has been approved but you have not moved in to your new rental. Once you have, a check will be mailed to you.

Past Move In Date: You viewed this property after you moved in. As part of the Reward Terms, the date you viewed the property on RentersRus.com cannot be after the date you signed your lease. You cannot claim a reward.

Denied: Your claim has been denied by the property for one of the following reasons:

Renter name not recognized
Renter claims to be referred by another source
Already approved this lease
Renter terminate lease prior to move in date
Other Reasons
