The time process for reward disbursements will vary per lease. RentersRus will verify your rental with the property.  You must write down RentersRus.com as the referral source. Once the property acknowledges that you have signed a lease and you have lived there for 30 days will you then receive the reward. It is our intension to give you the reward, however you must be living in the property for at least 30 days before the reward is mailed.
